Her leadership journey began in 2006, when she became the first Head of The City School’s Mirpurkhas branch. After five impactful years, she founded The Lings School System in 2010 with a mission to deliver high-quality education grounded in values, structure, and innovation.

She is widely appreciated for her ability to balance modern educational trends with traditional values, ensuring that students not only perform well academically but also grow into responsible and ethical individuals.
Her husband, Mr. Imran Ahmed, an agriculturist and a graduate of Montana University, USA, has been a pillar of support throughout her journey. Together, they are proud parents of three daughters:
- Dr. Eman Imran, a medical graduate from Dow International
- Ameera Imran, a civil engineer from NED University
- Maryam Imran, currently studying in Grade 6

Mrs. Sadia Imran credits her parents, Mr. Muhammad Anwar Gondal and Mrs. Musarrat Afza, along with her late father-in-law Ch. Mukhtar Ahmed and mother-in-law Mrs. Mariam Mukhtar, as her sources of strength and inspiration.
Outside her professional role, she enjoys gardening, reading, traveling, and listening to music—activities that reflect her creativity, balance, and reflective spirit.
With her unwavering commitment and visionary leadership, Mrs. Sadia Imran continues to shape The Lings School System into a space where every child is encouraged to shine and succeed—academically, personally, and ethically.
